Founded by Jeff Mathew in 1996, JD Mathew Construction Inc. is a family-operated business with deep roots in the construction industry. Growing up with a father who was an architect, Jeff spent his childhood walking through construction sites, learning about the trade and developing a passion for craftsmanship. Today, Jeff brings over 28 years of hands-on experience to every project, ensuring that quality and attention to detail are at the heart of what we do.

Our philosophy is simple: We go beyond "good enough" to deliver results that exceed expectations. Jeff’s commitment to excellence drives us to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards, creating spaces where people can live, work, and thrive.

It's always been about the craftsmanship. The highest quality and best that we could possibly do is what we’ve always done. I can't think of a single experience where we had an issue with a client over our quality because we go way beyond 'good enough' and spend so much time trying to get it exactly right.


Many times, we build or remodel a home and we create someone's total living environment. They live, eat and sleep there and it's their safety place, their nest. So I always want to know about the people that I'm working for and why they want what they want because I want to give it to them and make them happy.
